Q. What should I do before my appointment?
-For Hair: Clean or lived-in hair is totally fine unless we tell you otherwise.
-For Lashes: Come with clean lashes, no mascara.
-For Microblading: Avoid caffiene right before your appointment if possible.
Q. What should I bring with me?
Inspo photos are always helpful for any service! Whether it’s hair color, lash fullness, or brow shape. We’ll use that as a guide and customize it to you. Don't worry if you’re not sure what you want, that’s what we’re here for. We’ll guide you through a full consultation to create something custom for you.
Q. What if I need to reschedule?
-We totally get that life happens! We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours notice so we can offer that time to another guest. You can call the salon or use your booking link to make any changes.
Q. Can I bring snacks?
-Yes, of course! Feel free to bring whatever makes you comfortable. We also offer drinks and snacks in-salon, so you can sit back and relax while we take care of you.
