Experienced Stylist:

For licensed stylists with an established or growing clientele.

We are selectively looking for talented stylists who align with our brand, our culture, and our vision. If you are driven, client-focused, and ready to be part of something elevated — we want to hear from you.

Associate Program:

For cosmetology graduates or students near graduation.

Head Rush Salon is launching a structured six-month Associate Program — a guided path designed to develop the next generation of intentional, skilled, culture-driven stylists from the inside out.

This is not just an assistant position. This is a career investment.

Over six months you will work alongside our most experienced mentor stylists, build your technical skills, learn the business of beauty, develop your personal brand, and earn your place as a full Head Rush stylist.

What the program includes:

Structured month-by-month training curriculum
Dedicated mentor stylist assigned to you
Technical skill sign-offs and milestone reviews
Guest experience and luxury service training
Personal branding and social media guidance
Hourly pay plus tips from day one
Clear path to full stylist commission track

What we are looking for:

Cosmetology license or graduating within 90 days
A genuine passion for the craft and the client experience
Team-first mindset and a willingness to learn
Someone who takes their personal brand seriously
Culture alignment — you lead with warmth, professionalism, and intention
